Absolutely love these things. But if you have been at enlargement for a while, you need to request the large, 4-inch long elastic ones with the round type metal slider. (Not heart shaped, if you are a guy.) The regular ones may be too small if your nipples pump/suction out to about 2 inches or more. Tighten on immediately, and you can retain your largeness for quite some time.
